Project Room and Tollgates
Every project in one room; every phase passes an approved gate.
DMAIC, DMADV, Kaizen, A3, Lean, Digital and Just Do It projects run with their own phases and tools. The project room brings together the charter, phase tools, tasks, meetings, documents, financials and coaching; when a phase is done it is sent to a tollgate and passes the client's own approval flow.
What you gain with SIGMAX
- Approval steps are copied into the submission; later template changes do not affect a running approval.
- Each client can use its own tollgate template; otherwise the platform default applies.
How it works
Open the project, fill in the phase tools, pass the tollgate.
-
1
Open the project room
Project health, active phase, open tasks, validated benefit, phase progress and the next tollgate on one screen.
-
2
Fill in the phase tools
Each phase has its tools; Pareto calculates the cumulative % and the vital few, and coach comments sit under the tool.
-
3
Submit to the tollgate
Submit with the checklist; business and methodology approvals are recorded with their comments.
-
4
Follow as a coach
Tollgates awaiting your decision, upcoming sessions, projects at risk and open feedback.
Screens are shown with sample data from the Turkish interface; the application is available in TR, EN, DE and FR.
